German Defense Minister, Franz Josef Jung, told Rioters, in a recent interview. Jung was asked wither Iran`s declaration Monday that it has successfully began to enrich Uranium on an industrial scale, strengthens the arguments of those who side with the deployment of an air defense system on European soil ? a program causing much dismay in Russia and from Chancellor Angela Merkel`s leftist coalition partners.
Eckart von Klaeden, a politician from Merkel`s party and its foreign affairs spokesman said, after Iran`s announcement on Monday that Germany needed to debate its security interests, particularly the U.S. batteries, intended to defend Europe against missiles from Iran and other potential enemies.
