Iran Discussions by World Powers

The next measures to be taken regarding the nuclear standoff in Iran will be decided during a conference held in London by the world`s leading powers. The United States, China, France, Russia, Britain, and Germany have been confirmed by a British official as to their presence during Wednesday`s upcoming meeting.

The meeting was postponed last week, as European Union officials needed more time to prepare a package of concessions aimed at luring Iran to give up its nuclear program. The details of Wednesday`s meeting have not been revealed but it is clear the topic shall be Iran`s nuclear program.

What the world powers will decide to do next is unknown. Nevertheless, Iran`s stand regarding nuclear weapons is one that is being deliberated over seriously and there are grave concerns to where this current situation will lead.
