CBS Reporter Injured in Iraq Attack Stable

A well known CBS reporter, who has been stationed in Iraq for 3 years, has been listed as stable since being badly injured in a terror attach in Iraq several days ago. Many journalists have been targeted in the war in Iraq since they often travel with U.S. forces.

President of CBS News commented on the injured reporter: "She is talking well, hasn`t lost her sense of humor, and was disappointed that we had to meet in Landstuhl, Germany, instead of over a drink in New York City."

According to CBS, "The three journalists, who were embedded with the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, were doing a Memorial Day story about what life is like for the troops in Baghdad when an explosives-packed car blew up nearby."
