Boy Missing in Colorado Canyon Found Safe and Well

A young boy who went missing in Colorado has been found in safe condition after disappearing from a camp site that his family was staying at. rescuers searched a remote canyon in Colorado which was 5 miles form the camp site the boy was staying at and found him alive and well.

Zack Slutzky, a Western State Mountain Rescue spokesman, says a team found 8 year old Evan Thompson in good condition. He was staying with his family at a camp site in western Colorado and managed to wander off 5 miles from the original site. "He`s alive and well," said the ranger after Evan was found.

More than 100 rescuers searched on foot and by airplane to find young Evan and the dramatic search came to a close when he was found in a canyon in good health.
