Princes Diana`s Death ? No Conspiracy Say Family
Princes Diana`s family accepted the conclusions of the police report that found that Diana`s death was an accident and not a murder or other kind of conspiracy. Her children, brother and sisters announced Thursday. In a statement made public by Prince Charles`s office, it was said that Diana`s children, the princes William and Harry, received a copy of the report and are grateful to the all those who took part in the writing of the report for their professional domineer during the conducting of the investigation. Diana`s children said that they are certain that the decisive conclusions of the report will put to rest the speculations regarding the death of their mother.
Diana`s brother the Earl Spencer, and her sisters, Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Lady Jane Fellowes, added their message of similar support of the findings. The message said that they were filled in in the findings and conclusions of the report and that they are fully in agreement with them. The family`s comments came only hours after the report on the the circumstances leading to the death of princes Diana, in Paris, in August 1997, was made public Friday. The report says that Diana, her partner Dodi Fayed and their driver were all killed in the fatal car accident due to the fact that the driver, Henry Paul, was drunk while driving and evidently lost control over the vehicle.
The report, written by Lord Stevens, former commissioner of the London Police, refutes the conspiracies proposed by many, including Dodi Fayed`s father, that the car accident in which the princes was killed was a product of a covert conspiracy planned by the British royal family. The Egyptian millionaire, Mohammed Fayed, Diana`s partner`s father responded with anger saying that the report was amazing and outrageous.
