Teen Attends Parents Funeral

Kara Borden, the Pennsylvania teen whose parents were shot to death last week, attended their funeral at Lancaster Bible College Saturday. David Ludwig, 18, has been charged with their murder. Michael and Cathryn Borden were shot after an hour long argument with Ludwig about an alleged secret relationship between him and their daughter.

The argument ended with Ludwig shooting both of them and leaving with 14-year-old Kara. Officials have said that she was kidnapped by Ludwig, though he filed court papers saying that surveillance video from stores along their route will show she was a willing participant.

Friends and neighbors have said that Ludwig and Kara were involved in a secret relationship of sorts, which her parents disapproved of because of the four year age difference. Ludwig is being held without bail charged with kidnapping and murder. Kara is currently being cared for by relatives and church members.
