New Magnum Technologies Software Release Upcoming

Magnum Technologies, a Business Service Management (BSM) company out of Utah which enables organizations to implement Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks in expedited time, announced this week that they were about to release ADVANTAGE 3.0, a "next-generation Discovery, Live Dependency Mapping and CMDB software." The new Live Dependency Map module of the next generation of ADVANTAGE 3.0 BSM software clearly indicates when certain business operations will be impacted by other forces.

"We`re very proud to debut ADVANTAGE 3.0," said Tim Hadden, who is the Executive Vice President of Magnum Technologies, which has, among its many other clients, Fort Sam Houston, Discovery Communications and the Starz cable network to do business with. "This new release will enable clients concerned with ITIL to more efficiently deliver upon IT service goals which are tightly aligned to business needs."

Some of the many features of the ADVANTAGE 3.0 software are as follows according to press packets: "Fast auto-discovery of Layers 2 through 7, More intuitive way of describing `Layer 8` - the business process or service, End-to-end measurement of business service performance, Impact measurement of how downtime or latency affects the business, and Drill down views into the live monitored data from the dashboard view."
