Fantasy and Gaming convention

Gaming convetions are apperantly a hot item among hi-tech novices and expets. These conventions take place more often than you think and hold a lot of promise. Creating a buzz recently is the Fantasy and Gaming convention, which will be held at the Gateway Center in Collinsville, Illinois from October 5-8, 2006.

The convention will open at 5pm Thursday and close on 5pm Sunday. Among those in attendense are of Honor will include: Author - Elizabeth Moon, Gaming - Steve Johnson, Costuming - Gypsy Ames, Toastmaster - Robin Wayne Bailey, Artist -Alan Gutierrez, Filking - Jeff & Maya Bohnhoff, Media - Billy West, Masquerade MC - Vic Milan, Fan - Jan Howard Finder.

Representatives from Steve Jackson Games, Alderac Entertainment Group, HexGames and Troll Lord Games will be in attendance giving demos, player strategies, GameMaster seminars, and "What`s New" presentations.
