IntermediaNET Expands Management

U.S. leader in hosted Microsoft Exchange and Web hosting, Intermedia.NET, announced last week that the company will expand its management team. Intermedia.NET is rapidly rising in the hosting industry, and it brings new executives to ensure further success.

Serguei Sofinski has been named CEO of the company, with overall control of products and strategy for the company. Sofinski brings many years of experience in the hosting industry, and will continue Intermedia.NET?s push forward as the US leader in Microsoft Exchange hosting and Web hosting for small and medium businesses. Former president and CEO Michael Choupak will continue as president of the company working on day-to-day strategy, and will remain as chairperson of the overall organization.

Intermedia.NET has also appointed Robert E. Leibholz as vice president, sales and business development. The company made two internal promotions, with Andrew Gachechiladze becoming vice president, product development and engineering, where he will run Intermedia.NET`s large group of software developers and product engineers. Rurik Bradbury also becomes vice president, marketing, having joined in 2005 from FitzGerald Communications, where he was an account director working with a number of technology companies and for ABSOLUT Vodka.
