Microsoft`s Blogger Leaves the Company

Robert Scoble, Microsoft`s famous blogger, is leaving the software giant to join a Silicon Valley video blogging startup company. Scoble has been working for Microsoft reporting new developments and future plans. The 41-year-old blogger was known to flam the company more than once, but as according to him Microsoft didn`t resent him for it.

Scoble says that Bill Gates is a person who likes to "argue an idea out," and that is way blogs containing criticism were pretty popular inside the company. "He knows that an idea can change the world. How are you going to get the best ideas from 60,000 people? Let an idea get out in the Public Square and let people talk about it."

"We are sorry to see Robert leave Microsoft, Robert made a strong contribution through Channel 9 and his blog during an important time for the company. We wish him well in his future endeavors," the company said in a press release. Scoble is currently working as a strategist for Channel 9, and will join his new company very soon.
