Apple Computer Reputation Can Be in Danger

Throughout the years Apple Computer has gained a reputation of one of the strongest trade names in the world. Their products are very high-quality and Apple keeps modernizing them constantly. However, users of some of its newest products have recently reported about having problems. So how, if at all, will it affect the so many years old reputation?

A technology professional from the UK has switched to Apple Macs after years of using equipment which uses Microsoft Windows. He spent more than ?1,000 to buy a MacBook Pro from the US, the latest laptop made by Apple, but after three months he came across some unpredicted problems. The MacBook Pro would get down to 30% battery left and then shut off without warning. Also, the battery case was swollen and coming away from the laptop casing, a problem which has already appeared more than a few times with different users.There are also complaints about the heat generated by Apple`s new series of laptops, a buzzing noise produced by the early models and stains appearing on the MacBook laptops.

In a reaction to BBC`s question about the problems Apple stated that it was "aware of this input and is looking into it. If a customer has any technical issues, they should contact AppleCare." Let us hope that those issues will not continue in the future.
