New Encryption for Outlook by Message Lock

If you are worried about your Outlook messages` security, then you`ll be happy to know that Message Lock provides 1-click encryption of E-mail messages and attachments within Microsoft Outlook, combining AES-256 bit encryption with a Zip file utility. This way you can protect your data while sending it thorough the World Wide Web.

Message Lock gives you several encryption methods to choose from. Ranging from AES-256 bit, to AES-128 bit, and the Zip-2.0 algorithm. For a user to use Message Lock, all he needs to do is associate an E-mail address with a password. Or, just go ahead and send an encrypted E-mail--if Message Lock can`t find the password to use, it will ask him for a password and then remember it for the next time you send to this E-mail address.

If Message Lock is installed at the receiver`s end, the message can be decrypted immediately upon receipt and displayed as a regular message. The only difference is a single line of text at the bottom of the message that alerts the reader that this message was transmitted securely. If the receiver does not have Message Lock, they can still decrypt the zip file if they have the password and any zip utility that supports the encryption method used. WinZip 10.0 or the free TugZip utility can both decrypt AES-256.
