eBrains merges with another company
eBrains, Inc., a marketing communications company focused on originating and delivering online marketing solutions that acquire customers and build their lifetime value for clients, announced today that it has acquired digital media and marketing company Brand Truth. Seana Mulcahy founder and president of Brand Truth will join eBrains as Chief Online Brain. Mulcahy founded Brand Truth with the mantra of building, stewarding and protecting brands online.
She has been involved in creating online brands since before the first banner was sold. Her expertise includes online and traditional media planning and buying, e-mail marketing, viral marketing, mobile advertising, data analytics, customer tracking, promotions, search engine marketing and launching brands online. Prior to that she was vice president, director of interactive media at Mullen. Prior to Mullen, Seana was vice president of media services at Carat Interactive.
eBrains is a Northern Virginia based marketing communications company founded in 1999. It focuses on originating and delivering online communications initiatives that acquire and retain brand loyal customers for clients.
