VOY, a media company targeting the ever-growing Spanish language market, has introduced a service allowing users to create free blogs in Spanish and English. This company has opened the doors to native Spanish-speakers who want to have their personalized sites on the Internet in their native tongue.

Fernando Espuelas, VOY chief executive, says VOY blogs will allow users to select their own domain name, customize the design and access the expanding global Latino market. They will have full control and availability of tools and services, all in Spanish.
