Online Bank Renews Market Research Program
Future Information Research Management (FIRM) is the world`s software provider for Market Research and Enterprise Insight Management. The company`s state of the art web-based platform, Confirmit, is utilized across several areas including market research, customer and employee satisfaction measurement, six sigma, product development, and call center quality assurance. FIRM announced today that client since 2002, Egg has renewed their Confirmit license agreement with FIRM. Egg utilizes Confirmit throughout several areas of their operations including product development, market research, customer satisfaction measurement and call center quality assurance.
Egg has been using Confirmit for 3 years, managing customer experience across a range of products and touch points. Their usage has grown to the point that they now interview nearly 20,000 customers per month, driving valuable insight into their business. This is as per Mark Pearson, Head of Consumer Insight at Egg. Commenting on a recent product development and launch where Confirmit was an integral part of the project, Mark Pearson explained that they didn`t have 12 months to research and refine a new product idea. They had 5 weeks to take a concept to market. They therefore needed a technology partner as innovative as Egg and Confirmit delivered.
Egg was founded six years ago and has established itself as one of the worlds largest online banks with approximately 3.7m customers acquired since launch and products that include credit cards, savings accounts, loans, mortgages and insurance. The agreement with Egg includes Confirmit ASP software license for the upcoming 12 months. Confirmit is used by some of the largest market research agencies in the world, in addition to Global 1000 companies. Customers include Accenture, AC Nielsen, Countrywide, Crown Castle, Dow Jones, Egg, Wanadoo, Greenfield Online, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Mori, The NPD Group, Progressive Insurance and Symantec.
