Website Makeover Contest to Fix Worst Internet Site

With so many websites floating around in the World Wide Web, you are sure to have come across a few that were just plain awful. Whether it was a travel site that failed to have flight details or a store company site that didn`t allow you to see the new spring line, these bad sites are out there, and they need to be repaired. Intechnic Corporation is searching for the worst business website to award a free `Xtreme Website Makeover`, a complete professional website redesign valued over $10,000.

Intechnic is sponsoring the search in an effort to raise awareness of the importance of having a well-designed customer-oriented website. Most companies are committed to customer satisfaction, however, some of them aren?t even aware that problems exist on their websites due to lack of contact with their customers. Intechnic is giving companies the chance to see the experience from their customers? perspective, and also giving people a way to provide constructive feedback about their online experiences. Now, Internet users can vote to determine which websites really need to be improved, and this is valuable information for companies to have.

The contest is available online until January 15, 2006. Anyone can nominate their website by submitting a short story explaining why they think their website is the worst. Internet visitors will then cast their votes. The worst website will receive a complimentary makeover from Intechnic. Intechnic Corporation, a Chicago-based full-service Internet solutions provider, has been helping businesses reach their true potential on the Internet for almost ten years. With offices in the United States and Europe, Intechnic specializes in website design and development, hosting, e-commerce, and online marketing.
