The forum, known as `eBug` for electronic Baxa Users Group, will be officially introduced at a customer reception at the Wynn Las Vegas. This will be a part of the annual American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Midyear Clinical Meeting.
`Over the years, many Baxa customers have asked for a tool like eBug. Our intent is to provide an open forum for customers, allowing them to share their questions about, or experiences with, the Baxa products they use,` says Tim Kingsford, Baxa Market Manager. He continues, `This service will act as a stepping stone to enhancing customers` experiences with our products.`
eBug is an eCommunity for Baxa hardware customers, designed to provide a forum for conversations and information sharing about the company?s products, pharmacy procedures and current issues. Baxa customers with access to the site can participate in discussions, download support materials and request technical assistance. eBug also allows users to post messages, leave comments or reply to comments made by other users. Baxa technical experts will moderate the environment and facilitate answers to questions that go unanswered or questions that require further clarification.
