A division of ERC Dataplus, Inc., ARGOS Assessment Company, a leading Human Resources technology firm, is expanding its multirater assessment services, and is looking for development consultants and consulting firms for organization and leadership.

AAC, using its highly regarded ARGOS v3.5 Multirater Assessment System, manages the entire multirater assessment process, but does not design the multirater assessments nor provide post-assessment coaching. It serves as the `back office` support for training and OD consultants to help them deliver a better, more efficient service to their clients.

Its application can be easily customized to adapt to any assessment type, in any language, delivers custom color hardcopy or PDF reports, is designed for large-scale implementations, and incorporates the highest level of security and data protection. Additional capabilities also include data collection via toll-free telephone for participants that do not have web access.
