Uplinkearth and Nevidia Merge

The acquisition of Nevidia Internet Solutions by Uplinkearth was successfully completed recently. Uplinkearth, a worldwide Windows web hosting provider hosting over 30,000 domain names, states that the acquisition had been in planning for many months. The Canadian-based Windows web host, Nevidia, said their customers will not notice an interruption of service or support. All current employees of Nevidia Internet Solutions will be retained, and the Nevidia brand name will remain in tact. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

`We anticipate an extremely smooth move and excellent transition for all employees and customers of Nevidia, due to the planning we have taken to ensure stability,` said Mike Yablonowitz, Uplinkearth President and CEO.
`Nevidia is a highly respected Canadian hosting company that has the same philosophy as we do,` said Yablonowitz. `They treat their customers like Gold. Our acquisition of Nevidia allows Uplinkearth to both increase market share and create opportunities for us in the Canadian market,` said Yablonowitz.

Customers of Nevidia will remain on the same servers, as they are currently located in the Uplinkearth data center, and services provided by Nevidia will continue to include web hosting, domain names, web design, and an array of other customer oriented products. These products will closely integrate with services already offered by Uplinkearth.
