TemplateMonster Announces Results of a Successful Trade-In Campaign
The results were far better than anyone expected, said Gary Nichols, head of marketing at TemplateMonster.com. Actually, the results were really impressive. Thats what Id say. By completely satisfying hundreds of requests for exchanging templates, we managed to improve the Net even if only a little bit. You know, I like to take things one step at a time. What sort of people participated in the trade-in campaign? Webmasters and small business owners like Jenny Colligan from Colligan Dentals were the most interested. However, there were several requests for personal page changes. In some cases, and this includes Ms. Colligan, those who changed corporate website templates also changed personal website templates. This campaign is awesome! said Ms. Colligan. We are a small company that started out a couple of years ago with a website made from a low cost template. The fact is that I was rather skeptical about the importance of website design back then, so I was unwilling to make the extra effort to find the best templates provider. That was a big mistake. Clients never failed to mention that our services were far better than our online presence, my secretary was always hiding the home page on her desktop computer, and my husband even offered to hire a designer a couple of times. So when Template Monster announced their trade-in campaign, I phoned in myself and changed everything, including my personal website. I sometimes wonder how many people were turned off by our website, how many people we lost. Its been two weeks and website traffic has already picked up. Referrals have definitely increased. What can I say but thanks to Template Monster! All in all, the trade-in campaign was a success. Everybody was satisfied with the results. For this reason, Gary Nichols is currently preparing a new series of promotional campaigns that are sure to benefit both TemplateMonster.com and website authors. He advises that we should watch for future postings.
