Good game, bad behavior for Vick

A 76-yard touchdown pass from Drew Brees to Devery Henderson 1 1/2 minutes into the game on Sunday almost equaled the total yards passing of Atlanta Falcons` quarterback Michael Vick for the entire night. Vick, who came near his NFL record of 173 yards rushing by a quarterback (he finished with 166), completed only 9 of 24 passes for 84 yards. The Saints advanced to 7-4 with the 31-13 victory in Atlanta, behind quarterback Brees fifth straight game of 300 yards passing or more.

His rushing yardage did not help improve his mood. Vick saw his team drop five of his passes, lose a fourth straight game and dropping below .500. The home crowd booed Vick as he was walking off the field, and in return he made an obscene gesture for which he later apologized.

"That?s not what I?m about. That?s not what the Atlanta Falcons are about," the $140 million dollar quarterback said in a statement following the game and airing of the video of his two-handed gesture. "I simply lost my cool in the heat of the moment. I apologize and look forward to putting this incident behind me." To help distract Vick, in a radio show earlier in the week, coach Jim Mora`s dad called him a "coach killer".
