2007 PGA Tickets on Sale from June 5
Tickets sale for the 2007 PGA Championship will commence on Monday, June 5, 2006, and tickets will be available for public purchase. The historic Wanamaker Trophy is coming beck to Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa for the 2007 Championship. The 89th PGA Championship will take place from August 6 to August 12, 2007. The coming sale for the 2007 golf tournament is always a time for excitement, mainly for golf fans, but also for people who enjoy sports in general.
?The Championship?s public on-sale date is a very big day for The PGA. Historically, 75 percent of all tickets are sold within the first few weeks." Said Ryan Jordan, Tournament Director of the 89th PGA Championship. Jordan also adds, ?We want to make sure that fair notice is given, and that everyone is aware that June 5 has been selected as the official on-sale date for PGA Tickets. Circle your calendars!? Al Bush, General Chairman of the 89th PGA Championship, is encouraged. ?There is a lot more talk and general excitement about the PGA Championship?s return to Tulsa this time around? and it can be attributed to Tiger Woods. Bush adds, ?I strongly encourage everyone to reserve their tickets as early as possible. This is an international world championship. Based on our previous major championships at Southern Hills, we anticipate an early sellout.?
