Germany First, Ecuador Second

That`s it. The last round of World Cup`s groups stage is here and the we have the final word regarding Group A. Germany won Ecuador 3 ? 0 on Tuesday and became the winner of Group A with 9 points. Ecuador was left with 4 points and the runner-up position. Both teams will continue to the next stage of World Cup leaving Poland and Costa Rica behind.

Germany played strong and Ecuador seemed unable to answer the Germen attacks. Ecuador`s coach decided to open with a different alignment, because his valued players already a prior yellow card and he didn`t want to risk the possibility of them not planning in Ecuador`s next match. Germany will face the runner-up of Group B, which is Sweden on Saturday in a game that will determine who get`s to play at the quarterfinals.

Miroslav Klose scored two goals for Germany in an all-field brilliant display and Lukas Podolski scored the third and final goal. The 21-year-old player is one of Germany`s young and promising front mans, and he scored his first goal in World Cup. There are many expectations from Podolski and hopefully now he will gain confidant and we will see additional soccer displays from this kid.
