Switzerland Looking Good, France in Trouble

Switzerland gave a good soccer display on their game against Togo and won 2 ? 0 and made one tremendous step towards the second stage of World. Now, at the end of the second round, both Switzerland and South Korea has 4 points, France has only 2 and Togo has none. If Switzerland wins their next match against South Korea then will become the winner of the group and will pass to the next round to face the winners of group H.

In case Switzerland ties with South Korea, then they still have a very good chance of making it. France is the one that`s really in trouble. With only 2 points they must win their next match, hope that their goal difference with Switzerland and South Korea will be to their advantage and that the final score of the game between the two will be a tie. That`s a lot of things that need to happen before France plays in the second stage.

This is the second World Cup in a row that France believes that just by showing up their will win the tournament. France won World Cup 1998 giving a great display of skill and determination, but hasn`t showed any real potential ever since.
