Predicting The Next World Champions Proves Hard

The first round of World Cup`s groups stage is over, and it looks like we`re going to have a great second round! Many teams that were expected to crush their lower-ranked opponents didn`t manage to do so. England won over Paraguay after an own goal, Argentina won over Ivory Coast but had a very hard time doing so, France tied with Switzerland and Brazil `only` got a 1-0 score over Croatia. This means that there`s a chance for more surprises and that everything is possible.

By looking at the scores up to this point, it`s very hard to say which team will be the new world champions. There are so many teams that showed great performance and skills that it`s hard to say who the better team is. Germany looks really good, but also does Argentina. Brazil are the current world champions and everyone one knows what they are cable of. The second stage will bring possible games such as Brazil Italy, Argentina Germany, or maybe Argentina England. We might get to see England play Against Germany, or many other combinations.

The groups stage of World Cup is far from over and we do have some sure games that will take place. England will face Sweden on June 20 following the main event of the groups stage when Argentina faces Netherlands on June 21.
