Flurry of Trades Coming Your Way

Last week?s seemingly insignificant trade that sent Maciej Lampe to Houston in exchange to Houston?s Moochie Norris seems to have opened the floodgate. Since then, two trades have taken place within a span of 24 hours. Who will be the next teams to make a move? All indications point to NY, who is in hot pursuit after Steve Francis, Kenyon Martin and Earl Watson.

New York is going to have some competition on itshands when it comes to prying away Francis. Other interested parties have included the Denver Nuggets who could involve themselves via a three-way trade with the Knicks and Magic in a mega multi-player deal. The principles include Jamaal Crawford and Nene to Orlando, while Francis heads to New York.

Problem is the Knicks don?t want to give up both Anfernee Hardaway?s ending contract and rookie standout center Channing Fry to include Kenyon Martin and Earl Watson in the mix. It?s a messy affair, but it always is when you are dealing with the Knicks, and Francis. Expect ?franchise? to be gone in a three way.
