Big Ticket Gets Big Help

With the trade they made last week, the Wolves were looking to get more athletic ? which is exactly what they are now with the addition of Ricky Davis, Mark Blount and Marcus Banks. It?s no secret that the big ticket wasn?t a big fan of wacky, so getting him off the way was also good for improving team chemistry. You can say what you want about Ricky Davis and his run-ins on other team. Regardless of that, his intensity and hustle are exactly what the Wolves needed.

The Wolves have a long way to go to climb out of the cellar ? even in the Northwest Division, but if the Seattle deal comes to fruition (Marcus Banks for Flip Murray and Reggie Evans) The Wolves could find themselves with a ton of depth and a roster that could compete in the West.

The fact that Marcus Banks is likely headed to Seattle next, only means the Wolves may get even more talent out of the deal, but the entire team has a different feel around them, and everyone points to the trade as a breath of fresh air in the locker room, the Wolves now have a group of guys the rest of the team ?wants? to play with.
