AC Milan Sit with Real Regarding Ronaldo

Ronaldo, World Player of the Year for three times now, has its future on the line when Real Madrid representatives and AC Milan officials met on Wednesday to discuss a possible move. Real decided to sit down with Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani and sporting director Ariedo Braida, and Real Madrid`s president Ramon Calderon said that we would also meet with Milan representatives.

Real is expecting, as reported, about 25 million euros for the Brazilian striker. Real paid Inter 45 million euros for Ronaldo back in Aug. 2002. Reports indicating that Real is looking to make a double deal with Milan, and to involve an additional Brazilian striker ? kaka, in the deal.

The now 30-year-old player, Ronalod, scored more than 100 goals since his arrival to Real and became the top scorer of each of his four seasons at the club. The Spanish team signed Dutch striker Ruud van Nistelrooy, and with the arrival of Italian coach Fabio Capello, the situation become fit for Ronaldo`s departure. The player has been quoted as wanting to return to Italy as well, and both team and player aim for that objective.
