Maurice Clarett Was Arrested Once More

The former Ohio State star, Maurice Clarett, keeps making headlines. The fallen former star was arrested once again for carrying a concealed weapon, but this charge is only the tip of the iceberg. The arrest came following a highway chase that ended only with the police spiked Clarett`s tires brining him to halt. It took police quite an effort to bring Clarett in as he was wearing a bulletproof vest that kept them from using their stun guns on him.

Police officers found an impressive collection of firearms in Clarett`s vehicle including three semiautomatic handguns and an AK-47 assault rifle. All weapons were loaded. The state`s prosecutors made sure that Clarett will not make bail and will have to stay in jail until his judge hearing. "We don`t have any idea why he had them or what, if anything, he was going to do with them," Sgt. Michael Woods said. "But if you`ve got four guns in your car, you`re up to no good."

Clarett is facing a robbery charge on top of the new indictments and will probably go to jail. Clarett is currently being held at the Franklin Country jail, where he will stay until his trail starts on Monday.
