European Soccer Power House Lose to MLS` All-Stars

The top European team, Chelsea, with its high priced players proved to be less than adequate to match the Major League Soccer`s All-Stars team from the United States. Although Europe is considered a much better soccer-breeding house than the United States, the MLS` All-Star team beat Chelsea, the two-time champion of England`s Premier League, 1-0 on Saturday.

The victory on Saturday is the third time ever that the MLS` All-Stars beat an international team. Although Chelsea has some of the biggest name in international soccer, such as Andriy Shevchenko, Michael Ballack, Didier Drogba, Joe Cole, John Terry, Frank Lampard, Hernan Crespo and Michael Essien, those players did not translate into a victory.

Chelsea isn`t too worried about the lose with the upcoming Premier League occupying most of Jose Mourinho, Chelsea`s coach`s, mind. Chelsea will open against Manchester United and losing that match will be a much bigger problem than the lose on Saturday.
