Dale Davis Arrested for Assault

Dale Davis, center for the Detroit Pistons, can be pretty wild on the basketball court that is for sure. But now, we learn that Davis can be pretty wild outside of the court as well. Davis was arrested last week by the Miami Beach police after threatening police, security guards and using foul language. The police had to use Taser gun to stop him form-using violence.

Davis` agent, Chubby Wells, is planning to file a lawsuit as he believes that the police acted wrongly on this case. "It was so ridiculous, it`s unbelievable," Wells said. "We`re going to take a stand." Davis was arrested on scene and charged with assault, assault of police, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest without violence.

Davis is a 15-year NBD veteran who played for Indiana, Portland, and Golden State. He currently plays for the Pistons as a reserve. No word has come form Detroit regarding the incident as of yet.
