High School Football Gets Its Own Online Community

There are over 15,000 High Schools playing high school football, and now they all have a Blog community of their own. Blitz Group LLC launched a High School Football Blog to center all high school football related issues online. Their main aim is keep fans up-to-date with news and scores, plus commentary on the sport.

The High School Football Huddle is a network of blogs from all 50 states that will keep high school football fans up-to-date on news, scores, and commentary from around the country. Jeff Fisher, a former Sports Anchor at Fox Sports Net Chicago and WFMZ-TV in Allentown, is the editor of The High School Football Huddle. While at WFMZ, he created the award winning high school football highlight show "The Big Ticket." Fisher, whose passion for high school football began over thirty years ago, will provide commentary on the sport, which is played in some shape or form by over 15,000 high schools.

"The High School Football Huddle aims to be more than just a recruiting service chat board," says Fisher. "I want this site to be where high school football fans turn to find out what`s going on aside from the 2,000 blue chippers that sign Division I-A scholarships each year. Remember there are over a million high school students that play this incredible game, and that`s who we`re trying to publicize."
