Indiana Flooded with Offers

Over the past couple of weeks, we have been covering the Artest drama closely offering the latest trade rumors regarding some of the possible destinations he might be headed to. Today, we are hearing that an additional three teams are in the running and have made concrete offers to the Pacers. The Memphis Grizzlies have emerged as a strong possibility. Bonzi Wells and Kevin Martin was one rumor before Wells was injured.

Peja Stojakovic for Artest has been tossed around by the media since last year`s All-Star Break. There doesn`t seem to be a lot of momentum at this point for an IndianaSacramento swap, but who expected that mammoth Chris Webber deal last season? It doesn?t seem likely that the Kings would be willing to give up Peja for Artest. However, the Kings are struggling and Artest could be the answer.

Whenever there is a blockbuster trade in the air, you can?t really count out the Mavericks no matter how profusely Mark Cuban denies it. There has also been little to no buzz about Dallas` participation in the Artest hunt, but with Mark Cuban pulling the strings the Mavericks should never be overlooked. Signs say they won`t give up players like Devin Harris or Josh Howard, but Dallas is a factor until Artest is officially moved.
