Haifa focusing on Malmo

If Maccabi Haifa gets by Malmo of Sweden this week, the team will play the winner of the matchup between Dynamo Kiev and FC Thun of Sweden for a place in the lucrative group stage of the Champions League.

"I`m not thinking about the draw for the third round right now. What interests us now is the game against Malmo on Wednesday. I don`t know if a draw is reasonable, unreasonable - it`s not relevant at all at the moment. If we get by Malmo, we`ll concern ourselves with the results of the game between Kiev and Thun," Haifa head coach Roni Levi said.

Says Maccabi Haifa goalkeeper Nir Davidovich, "It`s always difficult to play in the CIS states, but right now we need to deal with Malmo, to focus on the goal Wednesday, and nothing else should concern us."
