A company in northern New York State working on a process to produce clean energy in the form of wood chips announced this week that they have completed several steps on the way to converting natural gas power plants into clean wood chip power plants. The project has a long-term power purchase agreement with Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, a National Grid Company, with approximately 16 years remaining.
