Since team no longer allowed making trades, GM?s have two options when it comes to strengthening their roster. One is to cut players who are hurting the team and the other is to sign these players who clear the waiver list. This past week two players got cut from their teams, Jon Barry (Houston) and Jim Jackson (Suns).
