Radcliffe Will Play Harry Potter Until The End

Good news to all Harry Potter fans out there: Daniel Radcliffe has recently signed the agreement, and he will continue playing the main character in the last two movies of J.K Rowling`s books adaptations. According to this spokeswoman, the young British actor will start filming the sixth movie, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" in September. The last book of the series, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" will be published on July 21, but it is not clear when the film version will be made.

Radcliffe, who is only 17 years old, was shot to fame in 2001 when he appeared as the boy wizard in the first Harry Potter film. This hit box-office franchise, who will continue with its fifth chapter later this year, has already amassed more than 3.5 billion dollars globally, surely making Radcliffe and young millionaire. The series is of course based on J.K Rowling`s books, which have gained international attention, won multiple awards and sold over 375 million copies worldwide. In fact, in February 2004, Forbes magazine estimated her fortune at more than 1 billion dollars, making her the first person to become a US-dollar billionaire by writing books.

Lately, Radcliffe has won rave reviews for his performance in Peter Shaffer`s controversial play "Equus", where he is shown completely naked. In addition, many movie commentator have often wondered if the British actor could sustain the role of Harry Potter throughout the whole movie franchise. No doubt, the answer to that question become quite obvious nowadays.
