Spears and Ex Fight for Custody

Kevin Federline vowed to fight for his right to raise his children, but temporarily agreed to joint custody of their two children, 15-month-old Sean Preston and four-month old Jayden James. The Los Angeles` court decided the two children will stay at Spears`s home in Florida until the end of January. Federine, the children`s father will visit 3 times a week.

Spears filed for divorce in the end of October, with the battle for the kids and cash still at their early stages. Federline will try to prove that Spears is unfit to raise their children, in court, using photographs published in various papers. One photograph shows Spears driving a convertible while her baby child sits on her lap. Another photograph shows Spears nearly dropping her baby, only to be saved by her bodyguards at the last moment. Federline also plans to show the court photographs of Spears parting all night long but it is still unclear if he plans to show pictures of his ex exposing herself.

``I look forward to coming back this year bigger and better than ever and to reaching out to my fans on a more personal level,`` Spears said. ``I noticed today that one of my biggest fan sites is shutting down soon and I want you all to know that I do understand all the reasons that went behind making that decision and I am sad to see it closing,`` Se added that she`s "Been far from perfect and the media has had a lot of fun exaggerating my every move.``
