Beatles with New Album

The Beatles and the custodians of the estates of George Harrison and John Lennon have come together to agree on the release of a "new" album by the Fab Four. Originally, the music was designed for a Vegas show with the soundtrack provided by the Beatles, or to be more specific, by outtakes, demos and song scraps that have yet to be released.

The new "Love" album combines more than 130 Beatles tracks with a variety of ambient noises and textures, and has been masterfully mixed thanks to the bands` legendary producer, George Martin, and his son Giles. Basically, the producers took all the original four tracks, eight tracks and two tracks, and used the sounds and music to create a whole new experience.

Mashups have been part of Beatles music in the past few years, most notably DJ Danger Mouse`s The Grey Album, which combined music from the Beatles` White Album with Jay-Z`s rhymes from his Black Album. Most recently, producer Clayton Counts` Sgt. Petsounds was released, which combined the Beatles Sgt. Pepper`s Lonely Hearts Club Band with the Beach Boys` PetSounds. An exact release date for "Love" and of its track listing have not yet been announced, but the album will be out there by November, jointly distributed worldwide by EMI Music and Apple Corps.
