If the OJ special would be cancelled, this is how it would happen

Scheduled for the end of November, the TV special in which OJ Simpson speaks in hypothetical terms about how he would have committed the 1994 slayings of his ex-wife Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman, has been pulled after sever criticism by the public. Rupert Murdoch, owner of News. Corp, has expressed his sorrow for any pain the families of the deceased have gone through ever since word of the interview and the upcoming release of the book "If I did it", have surfaced.

The last time such a controversial program was pulled was when CBS threw out a miniseries about Ronald Reagan from its schedule in 2003 when complaints were raised about its accuracy. The Reagan series was seen on its sister premium-cable channel, Showtime, instead.

As News Corp. played the role of the publisher as well, they have decided to pull it from the shelves and the net. While it was on sale, it penetrated the top 20 list at the top online book store, but since the cancellation on Monday afternoon, it has dropped in a freefall style.
