Meat Loaf Releases Third `Bat` Album
The veteran rock star, Meat Loaf, is going through a busy period in his still-kicking career. The star estimated that he had to turn down about five movie appearances, participation in six episodes of the new TV hit series "Heroes", and a one time appearance on "CSI". Meat Loaf`s busy schedule is a result of his latest work, "Bat Out of Hell: The Monster Is Loose". Virgin Records released the new album last Tuesday adding a third chapter to the already mega-successful album serial.
Meat Loaf previously released two albums with the "Bat Out of Hell" handle, and both became legends in the world of rock. The original "Bat Out of Hell" was released back in 1977 ?almost 30 years ago- and "Bat Out of Hell: Back Into Hell" hit stores in 1993. Meat Loaf said that the plan was to release the second album right after the first one, but with the growing success that the original "Bat Out of Hell" was enjoying, he decided to give the album some time. Meat Loaf believes the decision made the difference and actually made the series what it is today.
With the new album out, Meat Loaf is now planning a World Tour that will begin in March. The first city to watch Meat Loaf prefer "Bat Out of Hell: The Monster Is Loose" Live will be Florida, and the list goes all the way to London`s Royal Albert Hall, New York, Atlantic City, and even Mexico City. There`s much coming from Meat Loaf these coming months.
