Witherspoon, 30, and Phillippe, 32, have two children, Ava, their 7-year-old daughter, and Deacon, their 3-year-old son.

The reason for their separation? According to an unidentified source, the breakup was not due to any single occurrence, but rather by ?cumulative? circumstances. It seems that Hollywood has a certain affect on married couples in the entertainment industry.
