Losing Baby Weight is not that Easy
You may be wondering how moms in the entertainment industry manage to shrink down to their pre-baby weight in what seems like weeks. Although these famous celebs claim that it is easy as pie to drop those extra pounds others in the entertainment industry stand to disagree. Take Liv Tyler for example. She gave birth to her son Milo 18 months ago and refused to diet excessively afterwards. Why? Because she claims that entertainment hotshots are setting unrealistic goals for their fans.
In fact, Liv Tyler has attacked celeb mommas such as Denise Richards and Victoria Beckham for saying that it is easy to lose all those extra pounds. ?It?s so hard to lose baby weight,? the 28-year-old has revealed. ?Everyone makes it look like it drops off - it doesn?t." Tyler also added that when asked how they managed to lose all that weight so quick, stars in the entertainment industry say that it`s just because they are running after their kids. Yeay right! For all you moms out there running after their kid or kids, you all know that you will not lose 20+ lbs in just a few weeks.
So, how are these celebs shedding their pregnancy weight? All you entertainment fans out there must remember that when you have unlimited money anything is possible. You can easily get a personal trainer to whip you into shape, a personal chef to cook only the healthiest food and best of all, a nanny to do middle of the night feedings so you don`t end up exhausted in the morning. We all have to give props to Liv Tyler for being a realistic mom, who fails to live up the expectations of the entertainment industry, but at least lives up to the real life expectations of all you normal moms out there!
