Katie Holmes Meets Irony

Irony is cruel, but we entertainment junkies love it don`t we? It seems that Katie Holmes is suffering from cruel fate that was brought upon her by not yet husband, Tom Cruise. Yup, Katie is suffering from postpartum deperession, or at least this is what is circulating in enertainment gossip columns across the globe. The reality of it all is that she`s about to marry a nut job, who won`t let her seek treatment, because he doesn`t believe in it! And then there`s the growing rumors that there may be trouble between TomKat.

The latest story circulating the entertainment world is that she got into an argument with Tom Cruise and took their baby Suri back home to Ohio to visit her family - without him. According to Life & Style Weekly, Tom didn`t want to go because he doesn`t get along with her father. An insider said, ?He told Katie he wasn?t going, considering the bad relations between him and her family. Katie was really happy he said that, because she?d been afraid to admit to him that she didn?t want him to go.?

The entertainment couple, who have been inseparable and very lovey-dovey for the past year, have spent a lot of time apart following the birth of their daughter last month. Tom has been touring the globe promoting "Mission Impossible 3" while Katie and the baby have stayed home. The Life & Style Weekly story reported that Tom flew her and the baby to Toledo himself, dropping them off and then flying back to pick them up. It was also reported that a friend of hers confided: ?Katie?s very unhappy and beginning to realize she may have made a major mistake being with Tom.?
