Paris In Prison

Knowing Paris Hilton, one would think that when she saw that a news stand was selling "One Night in Paris" she probably would have said something along the lines of, "damn, I look Hot". However, these were not the actual events that took place the same day the entertainment star decided to flip out in front of the news stand. In fact, she acted so rediculously that she may find herself doing some time in prison. Perhaps the next Paris video to hit the news stands will be "Prison Break Paris Style".

Paris Hilton could be locked up in jail for a year over claims that she had diva rampage at a Hollywood news stand, after seeing red that her X-rated sex tape was on sale. During a blazing row with vendor Gerry Castro, the Hotel heiress, 25, is said to have grabbed a copy of the raunchy DVD called "One Night In Paris", screaming ?I?m taking this and not paying for it.? The Los Angeles County Sheriff?s Department says the blonde stick insect also tore down a poster advertising the movie which was made by her ex-lover Rick Salomon.

After viewing CCTV footage of the incident last year, prosecutors say Paris could be taken to court on petty theft and vandalism charges. The first of which can carry a six-month jail term and the second offence up to a year behind bars. ?Paris is petrified,? a source close to the party chick has revealed. Silly Paris, doesn`t she know that in the entertainment world there is only so much you can do before someone decides you need some downtime?
