Entertainment From Your PC Makes Bill Gates Rich

In this day and age people seek entertainment in all forms, from movies at the theater to watching great TV. However, nothing brings us more entertainment than our personal computers. Even in the office, during the bit of down-time we may have, we look to our computers for the entertainment we need to survive the rest of the day. And this has caused one man to become the richest person on the planet, again! That`s right, the fact that the world is obsessed with their computers makes Bill Gates a very, very rich man.

Microsoft Corp. Chairman Bill Gates said Wednesday he wished he were not the world`s richest man for the 8th year in a row. "I wish I wasn`t. There is nothing good that comes out of that," said Gates. Yeah, right. Would
somebody please slap some sense into the man? The Microsoft founder, currently worth $50 billion, is also a big philanthropist but explained that he did not like the attention of being the world`s richest person. "You get more visibility as a result of it," he complained during an interview.

Still, Gates joked about his plight being unequaled in wealth. Asked if he surrounded himself with financial peers, he quipped, "No, I sit alone."
The Microsoft co-founder said that the person he learned most from in the world, aside from technology colleagues, was fellow-billionaire and legendary investor Warren Buffett. "He has this very refreshing, simple way of looking at things so I put him top of the list," said Gates, citing Buffett`s integrity.
