Jessica Simpson Doesn`t Get the Entertainment Industry

Why is it that the biggest stars in the entertainment industry can`t grasp the fact that their ex-significant others are probably going to spill the beans about their relationship to a magazine! Don`t these entertainers get that being in the spot light means that everyone will eventually find out your business, whether you like it or not? Jessica Simpson is reportedly devastated that her ex-husband Nick Lachey revealed all about their divorce, including how he still loves her, to Rolling Stone magazine.

"She was devastated, heartbroken. She didn`t think he would do that," a source close to Jess has confessed to People magazine. Jessica?s pals all gathered at her house on the day the article hits stores to help console the blonde babe, and she even received a phone call from Nick himself as ?he wanted her to hear it from him? - as a friend of Nick?s says. He felt bad that she was upset, but Nick didn`t apologise, because the things he said in the article only demonstrate that he loves her.

Team Simpson insist Nick is using their couple?s divorce to promote his upcoming album, "What?s Left Of Me", which is released on May 19th. "What really upset her was the timing. Nick waited until two weeks before his album debut to tell a reporter that he loved Jessica. That`s not cool," the source close to Jess has also revealed. Jess is also pissed as while Nick has been revealing all, she?s turned down offers to tell her side of the split including a Vanity Fair cover story. "She will not take the low road," the source concludes.
