Money and the Baby for Katie

Last month Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise celebrated the birth of their first child together, Suri, and if it were up to Katie Holmes parents this would be the last child that the couple will share. In fact, it seems to be pretty apparent to everyone that Katie has probably made the biggest mistake of her life by having children with one of the most psychotic people in the entertainment industry. Not that this has stopped anyone in the entertainment industry from procreating in the past.

For Katie Holmes, the biggest problem that she will have is getting full custody rights for her baby if and when she decided to leave Cruise. The entertainment super-star gave his ex-wife, Nicole Kidman, a difficult time when they went through a divorce in 2001, and he will probably give Katie even more of a hard time, considering the blood relation he has with Suri. Both Katie and her parents are aware that Tom has much more power, in the form of money, and would thus beat out Katie in any custody hearing.

The only solution that anyone can see is that Katie Holmes marries Tom. Yes, that`s the worst best solution we have ever heard as well. Apparently, the couple have just finished putting together their prenuptial agreement, which will give Katie Holmes $33 million over the next 11 years at $3 million/year. Once the 11 years are over, assuming Katie and Tom will make it through, Katie will receive half of everything that Tom has, which will make her a very rich woman. Although, to be honest, Katie is doing pretty well for herself in the entertainment industry right now.
