New Janet Jackson`s Album Cover will be Designed By a Fan

The entertainment diva Janet Jackson`s new album, "20 Years Old", which will be released on September 26, celebrates 20 years since the release of "Control", Janet`s step forward album into the big entertainment world in 1986. Janet wants the cover of the new album be designed by one of her fans, the one who will win the Design Me contest.

Contestants will have to download some pictures of Janet that she picked out and to post the designed album covers on the contest web site. Other contestants will vote, and Janet`s four top favorites will be used on the first million copies of the album, which is supposed to have a great success in the entertainment industry.

There are no parameters or limits for the participants` designs. Janet wants them to be as creative as natural as the like. "We were going on the website and looking at all this creative stuff the kids were doing, and it amazed us," said Janet. "They were taking old pictures and they were just very creative with all the designs. We said, `Let`s have these kids design our album cover." It was Janet`s and her beau Jermaine Dupri`s idea to promote the new album among the numerous entertainment fans.
