Eminem to Divorce Again

It seems that not many celebrity marriages can withstand the pressures of publicity, paparazzi photographers and vicious industry rumors. This has been the case for megastar rapper, Eminem and his ex-wife, Kim Mathers. When Eminem and Mathers tied the knot for the first time in a secret ceremony in Missouri in 1999, the couple genuinely felt that they could make a go of the marriage. However, sadly, they agreed to part ways in 2001. The two have a 10-year-old daughter, Hailie Jade Scott.

Eminem, who was born Marshall Bruce Mathers III, has enjoyed a glittering musical career. He has won Grammy awards no fewer than nine times and has won an Oscar for Best Song with his creation of ?Lose Yourself? which he performed for his autobiographical film, ?8 Mile? in 2002. Some of Eminem?s better-known albums are ?The Slim Shady LP? and ?The Eminem Show?.

In January of this year, Eminem and Mathers decided to give their relationship another chance and married for the second time. Less than a year later, last Tuesday, the couple officially divorced again. It has been reported that Eminem already filed for the divorce in April, only several months after his wedding day. The couple has agreed to joint custody for their daughter and a private financial settlement. The circuit judge who oversaw their divorce said of the two that they ?conducted themselves with dignity and respect. All in all, they are a very fine couple to deal with.?
